han(Gang) riverHANGANG BRIDGE
This spot is in every K dramas, I mean really in every Korean drama! except the Sageuk (Joseon) drama of course, as it hasn't been built before. Why Hangang? What is so special about it? Inside stories of modern Korean drama, 99% took place in Seoul city, where the Hangang Bridge is crossing over. Looks like this spot is a perfect spot to do secret meeting, crying alone, even for dirty transactions like handing a bribe or killing people 'ouch'. In reality this place really only as family place to picnic camp during summer or for couples to hangout at night or to do sports like jogging and bicycling. |
TEMPLE BUDDHIST TEMPLE
This beautiful ancient architecture appears in many Korean drama, not just in Sageuk drama. But also in the new millenium dramas. South Korea based on their people actually is not consider a religious country, many people stated that they donot have or need a religion in their life. But many old Korean are a Buddhist believer, some who said they don't have religion, but because of their parents, they can end up visiting or praying in the temple. The famous temple in downtown Seoul city is Jogyesa temple. |
